Avocado Chocolate Mousse
- 2 avocados (pitted and flesh scooped out)
- 1 large ripe banana
- ½ cup vanilla paleo protein powder
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp chili powder (optional)
- ⅛ tsp salt
Remove the avocado’s from the skin and place the flesh into a food processor or a blender, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl. Refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
