Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 scoop of hemp protein
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ice
- 1-2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. blue-green algae
Instructions
Simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on fullpower for about 30-45 seconds. Pour into a glass to serve and enjoy.
