Banana Protein Pancakes


This recipe makes 2 servings

  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g)
  • 1 whole egg
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil


  1. Grab a small mixing bowl and whisk the egg. Add the mashed banana, cinnamon and protein powder and give the mixture and good mix.
  2. Place a non-stick skillet over a medium heat and add the coconut oil. Once hot, pour half the mixture into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes. Once the bottom has browned flip over and cook the other side.
  3. Once both sides are cooked put the pancake on a plate and cook the rest of the mixture. Serve and enjoy!
